Access is denied in Vista and Windows 7

If you get message "Access is denied" in Vista or Windows 7 during activation or uninstalling
program, use following procedure to change permissions for folder Tvalx.
Click Start. Click Computer. Double click Local Disk(C:). Double click folder
Program Files or Program Files (x86) where Tvalx is. Right-click folder Tvalx. Choose from right-click menu Properties.
Click tab Security. Find and select group Users in "Group and user
names". Click button Edit. In Permissions for Tvalx check Allow Full Control.
Click Apply. Click OK.
